Senior Digital PR & Account Manager

About The Role

We are looking for a senior Digital PR & Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a client‑facing role that combines strategic digital PR, relationship management, and account management responsibilities.

• Build and manage relationships with journalists, editors, publishers, and industry influencers.
• Negotiate placements, partnerships, interviews, and content opportunities.
• Develop and execute digital PR campaigns that generate brand visibility and high‑quality media coverage.
• Identify creative story angles and opportunities for client promotion.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and campaign reviews.
• Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.

• Collaborate with internal teams at large corporations and Fortune 500 companies.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and multiple approval processes.
• Coordinate with marketing, communications, content, and leadership teams to ensure campaign success.

• Work closely with content, SEO, link‑building, and outreach teams.
• Translate client objectives into actionable campaign plans.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

• 5+ years of experience in Digital PR, Public Relations, Communications, or Account Management.
• Proven experience managing client relationships independently.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Based in Europe.
• Experience working with enterprise organizations or Fortune 500 companies.
• Background in agency environments.
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing.
• Existing media and publisher relationships.

• Highly articulate and professional communicator.
• Commercially minded with strong relationship management skills.
• Comfortable operating in client‑facing environments.
• Proactive problem solver who can manage campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Confident working across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.

• Up to $3,000/month depending on experience and suitability.
• Fully remote position.
