Award-winning PR & Digital Media Agency is seeking a full-time Account Supervisor with five or more years of experience at a marketing, advertising and/or PR agency or client-side marketing/advertising/PR department for our home office in Dallas. Our new Account Supervisor will be assigned to an account team to oversee a portfolio of varying accounts, working closely with clients, company leadership and other team members across other departments.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead assigned account team member(s) and manage day-to-day account operations.
- Oversee strategic plans, recaps, campaign briefs and other high-level deliverables.
- Produce quality work from conception through completion across multiple projects.
- Manage, mentor and develop junior team members.
- Manage scope, priorities, timelines and resource needs.
- Provide input and review on SOWs and support business development.
- Lead integrated work across PR, social, digital, media relations, Fran Dev and related disciplines.
- Support crisis communication and high-stakes client resolution.
- Own client communication, including high-priority discussions and appropriate C-level communication.
- Ensure that clients are properly invoiced each month, including for NROs, special projects, all reimbursable expenses, etc.;
- Lead approximately 6–10 large national accounts or an equivalent portfolio based on complexity.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline; is a team player who is also comfortable working with limited supervision; has 5-7 years of experience; has outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; and is energetic, organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
