What You’ll Do

• Paid Ads Management:
  Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms to drive results.
• Funnel Building & Optimization:
  Design and improve marketing funnels that convert visitors into leads and customers.
• SEO Strategy:
  Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase visibility and drive organic growth.
• Conversion Optimization:
  Run A/B tests, improve landing pages, and fine-tune every step of the customer journey.
• Partnership Growth:
  Identify and collaborate with strategic partners to grow our reach and audience.
• Cross-Channel Coordination:
  Align campaigns across platforms—social, email, paid—for consistent brand messaging.

• Solid experience in performance marketing (ads, funnels, CRO, and SEO)
• Analytical mindset with hands‑on experience optimizing for results
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience managing marketing partnerships and collaborations
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a startup environment
• Bonus:
  Familiarity with digital nomad or remote work culture

This role can be part‑time or full‑time, depending on availability and experience.
Remote‑friendly – work from anywhere; results matter more than time zones.
