Field Marketing Manager – Remote at Akamai Technologies

Overview

The NA Growth Marketing team is a data-driven team responsible for designing and executing marketing programs that drive strategic cross‑selling, customer acquisition, and customer retention. Our focus is on building solid demand programs using data insights to create and accelerate pipeline.

• Design demand programs in support of Akamai’s go‑to‑market strategy.
• Work with the NA team to create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and digital, channel, and product marketers to execute programs and drive engagement.
• Deliver against KPIs that align to the demand funnel.
• Present marketing plans, activities and program results to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Evaluate programs to draw insights about how to optimize future go‑to‑market efforts.

• 8+ years of marketing experience within a high‑tech environment and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar area.
• Previous success managing complex marketing programs.
• Expertise in delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline with lead generation tactics.
• Solid analytical skills and data‑driven thinking.
• Ability to take a collaborative approach with the ability to prioritize and solve problems.
• Previous experience with Healthcare Life Sciences is a plus but not required.
