Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute paid media campaigns across search, social, and demand-side platforms.
• Partner with campaign managers to translate high-level strategies into digital execution across ad platforms.
• Support the creative team by developing engaging assets that align with campaign messaging and branding.
• Collaborate with content teams to craft compelling ad copy for various platforms and landing pages.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing and performance data.
• Present and communicate key updates, insights, and results to cross‑functional teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and new advertising innovations to enhance campaign strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Search and Linked In Ads (experience in other platforms is an asset).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent time management abilities.
• Able to adapt in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing marketing environment.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools.

This position has a salary range of $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 .
