EMILY's List offers internships during the spring, summer, and fall semesters in all departments. Interns have the opportunity to perform substantive work, participate in Lunch and Learn sessions, and attend the Change the World training to prepare for a career in campaigns.
Interns are paid $18.40 per hour and may choose a fully remote or hybrid internship. Hybrid interns will schedule in advance with their supervisor; eligibility includes US residency, 9:00am–6:00pm EST availability, and a
