Job Summary

System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we are looking for a motivated Social Media Specialist to take ownership of our social media channels. The role requires a creative with a results-driven approach and a performance marketing mindset that connects social media efforts with lead generation, website traffic, and overall business growth.

• Conceptualize and create engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
• Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all social media platforms.
• Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
• Manage community engagement and UGC partnerships.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.

• 4+ years of social media management experience, ideally in a performance-driven, brand-building role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that result in website traffic and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Strong grasp of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to own the social media strategy and execute with minimal oversight while collaborating with the broader marketing team.
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and social media trends.

This is a full-time, remote position with hourly compensation between $ DOE. The role does not offer visa sponsorship; qualified applicants must be able to work in the U.S. legally without requiring a work visa. A clean driving record is required if driving for the job is necessary.
