to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote
Woodmen
Life’smember extras, fraternal programs, community involvement, and sponsor ships. This role serves as the primary marketing liaison to the Fraternal Division, ensuring fraternal initiatives are translated into compelling, market ready campaigns and gotomarketstrategies that support brand differentiation, member engagement, and sales enablement.

We are looking for someone to:
- Partner closely with the Fraternal Division to develop integrated marketing strategies that promote member extras, fraternal programs, community involvement, and sponsor ships.
- Leadgo to market planning and execution for initiatives designed to activate and increase awareness, understanding, and use of Woodmen Life member extras.
- Translate fraternal priorities into clear messaging frameworks, campaign plans, and activation strategies aligned to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with
Public
Relations, Communications,and Social Mediato develop marketing campaigns that highlight
Woodmen
Life’sfraternal impact and community involvement as key brand and sales differentiators. - Partner with distribution to develop and execute sales enablement strategies, tools, and resources that help producers understand and activate fraternal value in their sales efforts.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams (brand, PR, content, CX, digital, web, and sales training and enablement) to ensure fraternal initiatives are integrated into enterprise initiatives and campaigns.
- Serve as the strategic connector between Marketing, Fraternal, and Sales teams to ensure fraternal initiatives are clearly positioned and supported in member and sales communications.
- Support measurement and reporting of fraternal marketing efforts, helping assess effectiveness and inform future strategy.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand standards and receive required Legal and Compliance approvals prior to launch;maintain documentation and version control.
- Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality in accordance withthe expectationsestablishedby your supervisor and Woodmen Life policy.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
We need someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, ora related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, product development, or integrated marketing.
- Demonstrated experience developing audience strategies, messaging, and content for consumer and B2B partner channels.
- Experience developinggotomarketstrategies and managingcrossfunctionalpartnerships.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, messaging, and campaign activation.
