Paid Media Specialist Marketing · US Remote

You plan and run paid campaigns:
Meta, Google, Linked In, Tik Tok, wherever the audience actually is. You own the numbers, and you say what they mean out loud, including when they're bad. We keep this role open year-round. Paid media shows up in engagements on its own clock, usually tied to a launch or a season, and we staff it from people we already trust with a budget.

When an engagement includes paid, we reach out with the client, the budget, the goal, and the pay.

What the work looks like:

• Campaign structure, audiences, and budgets built from the goal backward
• Briefing ad creative with our design team
• Weekly optimization and honest reporting on cost and return
• Telling a client to stop spending when the numbers say so

Contract, usually ongoing monthly scopes. Typical pay is $35 to $55 an hour depending on budget and complexity.

• Hands-on campaign management in Meta and Google Ads at minimum
• You can read performance data and change course, not only report it
• Conversion tracking and attribution basics
• Clear reporting a client can understand without a glossary
• Bonus:
  Linked In or Tik Tok ads experience
