The ideal candidate is a strategic client leader with deep agency experience and a strong understanding of communications, marketing, and the policy landscape. You excel at building trusted client relationships, guiding cross-functional teams, and translating complex challenges into clear strategies and exceptional work.

• Lead a diverse portfolio of client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic advisor
• Guide complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through execution
• Align clients and internal teams on objectives, expectations, budgets, and delivery
• Mentor and develop client services leaders, fostering accountability and growth
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, team efficiency, and quality of work

• Agency experience in client services, account management, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead complex client relationships and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and competing priorities
• Strong understanding of the U.S. political, policy, communications, and marketing landscape
