We are seeking a senior level search engine optimization and marketing strategist with a hands-on background to serve as the lead in our team developing and implementing campaigns for our clients. This is a full time, on‑site, non-contract position that we expect to transition to a management role. While this position will lead strategy, a background in hands on implementation is a must.

Our client is the leading agency in Ohio, working on the best projects with clients like the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Clinic on interesting, cutting edge projects. We're a close knit group that loves technology, and builds the newest, most advanced stuff. No boring banking clients here. We work on the cool stuff.

Small team environment working with 5 other SEO/SEM specialists, along with other creative staff. The office is creative and friendly, with a lot of passion for what we do.

• Manage client accounts with text, display and video advertising campaigns
• Research and develop effective strategies for client
• Generate and apply URL tracking parameters from multiple analytics sources
• Write effective ad copy messaging, execute testing scenarios and analyze results
• Launch campaigns and campaign assets, and conduct quality assurance audits for all launches
• Monitor and manage campaign performance, bid adjustments and budgets
• Develop client reports, recommendations, and strategic adjustments
• Maintain and deepen relationships with key advertising and technology vendors
• Conduct industry research to stay current with new and emerging market trends and updates

• Excellent communications skills, with ample client facing experience
• Strong knowledge of and a passion for emerging SEO/SEM trends and technologies

This is an on‑site position at fantastic, modern headquarters in downtown Cleveland. While some work from home time is available, this is mainly an on‑site position that requires you to live in the Cleveland area.
