Role Description The Senior Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Maple Grove, MN, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals. Daily responsibilities include leading client meetings, gathering and clarifying requirements, developing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams across design, digital, and production.

The Senior Account Manager monitors project performance, manages budgets, and identifies opportunities to grow accounts through strategic recommendations. This role also contributes to process improvement, mentors junior team members, and helps maintain high standards of service and communication.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills, including account planning, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing and design projects, with solid project management and organization skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and web practices, such as social media, SEO, and e-commerce, and ability to translate them into client solutions.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret metrics, and present data-driven recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in Maple Grove, MN with effective remote work.
• Prior experience in an agency or similar fast-paced environment, ideally in a senior account management or client services role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Comfort with common office and project management tools; familiarity with CRM or agency management software is a plus.
