The Account Executive role at IDNTY is a full-time, remote position responsible for managing and growing client relationships while supporting strategic marketing and growth initiatives. In this role, the Account Executive will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, lead discovery calls, gather business and audience insights, and translate client needs into clear strategic plans and deliverables. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing project timelines, reviewing campaign performance, and ensuring that strategies and messaging stay aligned with buyer behavior and client goals.

The Account Executive will prepare proposals, present findings and recommendations, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. This role also involves maintaining accurate account documentation, reporting on progress, and contributing to continuous improvement of IDNTY’s client experience and growth framework.

• Client relationship management and account management skills, including experience serving as a primary contact and trusted strategic partner to business stakeholders.
