We are seeking a Talent Agent & Producer to join Capital Virtues, the visual artist creator agency within The Jacky Winter Group. This position will see you as a vital member of our North American team.
Although this is a remote-first position, we are ideally looking for someone based in Los Angeles or New York, as the role will include in-person networking, client meetings and occasionally attending conferences and events.
While your roster and projects will primarily sit within Capital Virtues, as a core member of our production team you will also work closely alongside all members of The Jacky Winter Group, including our Australian and UK offices, and directly with our represented talent and most valued clients.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, either 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm in your local timezone, agreed with you on hiring. Some overtime as reasonably required.
While this is a remote position, we are only accepting applications from US-based applicants at this time.
Salary range is $70-85K per annum, depending on experience.

RequirementsWhether you have existing talent management, influencer marketing or creator partnership experience, or you are looking to expand your established skills in agenting, production, arts management or account management, we welcome applications from qualified applicants with at least three years of relevant experience within the creative or creator industry.
You will thrive on the challenge and energy of balancing anywhere from 10–20 projects or enquiries at a time, quickly adapting to our internal digital tools to ensure that logistical and creative expectations are being met on both sides of the creative equation.
You should naturally be a positive person with a healthy sense of curiosity for people, ideas, and the world around you. You will be comfortable talking to people in a variety of roles and be a positive force in the office, always keeping your cool, even when encountering difficult situations.
- Experience managing multiple projects or tasks; demonstrated ability to prioritise and traffic multiple tasks as needed.
- Basic knowledge and appreciation for our current represented creators.
- Solid decision-making ability and strong attention to detail.
- Excellence in communication, listening and presentation skills.
- Excellence in time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident and current across the major social platforms and a working literacy in audience and performance data.
- A working knowledge of creator industry terminology and the contract terms that come with it, including usage and licensing, whitelisting and paid amplification, content ownership, exclusivity, and FTC disclosure requirements.
- Knowledge or experience with short-form video editing or content production is beneficial, but not required.
- 3+ years experience in an agenting, talent management, influencer marketing, creator production, social content production, arts management, project management or account management-focused role in the advertising or commercial creative industries.
- Legal status to work in the US.
- Proficiency in the MacOS and iOS operating system and an ability to adapt to new software and web apps.
- A demonstrated and active passion for visual art, creator culture, and/or the strange and wonderful world of advertising or social media.
