Help design and run creative, repeatable programs that successfully turn event attendees into first-time Favor users
Maintain a standard Monday–Friday schedule, with the regular flexibility to work weekends to support community events.
Act as the enthusiastic face of the brand, proactively approaching potential customers to explain Favor's features, benefits, and everyday value
Distribute marketing collateral and promotional codes to drive first-time app downloads and orders
Research, scout, and recommend upcoming local festivals, community events, and high-foot-traffic areas for future growth opportunities
Manage on-the-ground event logistics, including the setup, breakdown, and inventory management of all event kit and marketing materials
Collaborate directly with the Marketing and Operations teams to capture social media content during live events and share market feedback
Skills You Have:Bachelor's degree or comparable formal training, certification and/or work experience
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role preferred
Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule and remain on your feet for extended periods
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate via phone and email (both internally and externally) and experience creating and facilitating presentations. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Who You Are:You’re a team player who is energetic and coachable
You thrive in a fast-paced, regularly changing environment
You are an extroverted communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building community connections
You are self aware and extremely self-motivated
You persevere in the face of challenges with a positive, can-do attitude
