Senior Manager, E-commerce - Beauty, Health & Wellness

People Architects is conducting a search for a Manager, E-Commerce on behalf of a growing brand in the Beauty, Health & Wellness space with an ambitious vision.

As Manager, E-Commerce, you'll own the end-to-end online shopping experience—driving conversion, revenue, and customer engagement across Amazon, Shopify, Tik Tok Shop, and future retail e-commerce partners. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role: you'll build the strategy, operating structure, and team guidance from the ground up while staying hands-on enough to execute the work yourself as the function takes shape.

Location: Remote — candidates must reside in one of the following approved states:
Ohio, Florida, New York, Tennessee, or Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-commerce strategy across Amazon, Shopify, Tik Tok Shop, and future retail partners
• Onsite merchandising, navigation, search, product pages, and conversion optimization
• Marketplace performance, digital shelf excellence, and brand-standard consistency
• E-commerce execution for launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and inventory readiness
• E-commerce KPIs, customer behavior analysis, and testing initiatives
• Adoption of AI and modern ecommerce technology to improve merchandising, personalization, and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, or related field.
• Seven or more years of ecommerce leadership experience.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and ecommerce marketplaces.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience managing agencies and cross functional initiatives.
• Beauty or consumer products experience.
• Experience with Tik Tok Shop.
• Experience using AI-enabled ecommerce and business tools

Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
