$2,500 – $3,500 USD base monthly salary (Targeting $3,000 USD/month; flexible up to $4,000 USD/month for exceptional candidates) + Uncapped GMV Growth Performance Bonus

Monday through Friday, full-time hours with meaningful overlap with U.S. business hours (specifically U.S. Eastern and Pacific afternoons for real-time creator communication)

Our Client is an innovative, high-volume e-commerce and media enterprise dominating the books and publishing vertical on Tik Tok Shop. Currently generating over $350,000 USD per month in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), they leverage proprietary viral product identification, exclusive creator economics, and data-driven performance insights to help creators scale their income by 3x to 5x. Driven by rapid commercial scaling, they rely on sharp, performance-driven affiliate managers to spearhead creator recruitment and build high-converting affiliate partnerships.

Our Client is seeking a scrappy, commercially sharp, and revenue-focused Creator Growth & Tik Tok Shop Affiliate Manager to own the "VIP Special Ops" creator program. Moving far beyond generic influencer administrative coordination, this professional will identify high-potential Tik Tok creators, pitch them an exclusive value proposition, onboard them into the affiliate network, and manage them toward repeated posting and maximum GMV output.

Reporting directly to company leadership during U.S. business hours, this role requires real-time interaction with creators and is ideal for a top-performing operator motivated by uncapped performance bonuses tied directly to incremental revenue growth.

• Analyzes Tik Tok Shop data and affiliate performance metrics to identify and prospect high-potential creators and book-tok influencers.
• Pitches creators on our client's unique value proposition, demonstrating how tailored product selection, performance insights, and superior commission structures can scale their revenue.
• Onboards qualified creators into the VIP Special Ops program, establishing clear posting schedules, content hooks, and product delivery workflows.
• Operates as a trusted partner to managed creators, coaching them on viral messaging angles to drive repeated product promotions.

• Tracks daily and weekly creator performance, monitoring attribution metrics, video view conversion, and product GMV growth.
• Identifies top-performing creator assets and works with creators to iterate and double down on high-converting content angles.
• Maintains strict follow-up discipline and active afternoon availability to ensure creators maintain consistent posting cadences without dropping off.
• Analyzes creator revenue trends and prepares performance reports and forecast projections for executive leadership.

• Affiliate & Creator Revenue Ownership: Proven track record in creator outreach, influencer marketing, affiliate management, or brand partnerships explicitly tied to GMV/sales outcomes.
