ecomhire is seeking a strategic creative lead to build and scale a second creative pod for a fast-growing DTC brand. You own the end-to-end creative process from brief to output and results, and you’ll work with editors, a media buyer, and the CMO.
You’ll write briefs from real data, live in the ad account, and guide testing of new funnels and angles. This is an outcome role with ownership of spend and performance, not just activity. Remote work available.
