Therapy & Beyond is one of the largest BCBA-owned ABA organizations, founded and led by Dr. Regina Crone, BCBA-D, since 2006. At Therapy & Beyond we approach the needs of each patient both individually and as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team working with experts in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and counseling. As our new Marketing Manager, you’ll be a vital part of our Home Office leadership team. Your main mission? Helping set the game plan for our clinics and making sure our team’s energy is focused on what matters most. We’re looking for someone who loves branding and knows their way around social media. You’ll be the driving force behind getting our community excited, finding fresh ways to bring more people through our doors, and turning those visitors into happy customers.

• Lead with Heart:
  Supervise and mentor a talented marketing team, fostering professional growth, joy, and alignment with our shared vision.
• Be the Brand Ambassador:
  Establish and elevate vibrant brand standards to ensure a consistent, engaging visual and verbal identity across all our brands and platforms.
• Drive Strategy & Growth:
  Develop and lead department-wide marketing strategies that spark excitement, increase traffic, and deliver strong conversions.
• Champion the Community:
  Oversee community growth initiatives, build lasting relationships with clinic patients, and deepen local stakeholder engagement.
• Elevate Platforms & Partnerships:
  Expand our reach through innovative social media strategies, SEO, paid ads, and growing affiliate and influencer partnerships.
• Manage Resources Wisely:
  Oversee the marketing budget across all platforms, optimizing spend to maximize reach, efficiency, and ROI.
• Collaborate & Innovate:
  Partner closely with creative teams to produce high-impact content while keeping an eye on emerging industry trends and best practices.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or something similar.
• You’ve got 3+ years of experience managing marketing and a history of running campaigns that actually work.
• You have previous experience leading and managing a team.
• You’re comfortable using CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce.
• You’re a pro at using Google Analytics and Google Ads to track how things are going and make them even better.
• You know your way around Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for making great content.
• You’re a project management superstar who can keep lots of different balls in the air at once.
