We are looking for a creative, strategic, and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. If you enjoy translating product capabilities into compelling customer messaging and working cross-functionally to bring new products and features to market, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Summary

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive product awareness and adoption. You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to communicate the value of our solutions, create sales enablement materials, and support successful product launches. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with strong communication skills to help customers understand the value of innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product teams to understand the product roadmap and translate new features and enhancements into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Better Car People solutions within the automotive technology market.
  • Identify target audiences, buyer personas, and key customer pain points to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Create and maintain product collateral, sales enablement materials, presentations, battle cards, and customer-facing content.
  • Support product launches by developing go-to-market plans and collaborating with Marketing and Sales on execution.
  • Assist with early adopter and beta programs by gathering customer feedback and success stories.
  • Develop customer case studies, testimonials, and success stories that highlight product value and business impact.
  • Conduct competitive research and share market insights with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Partner with the Campaign Manager and broader Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns and channels.
  • Continuously evaluate messaging effectiveness and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
Qualifications Required
  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related marketing role.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS, software, or technology company.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling customer messaging.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Experience creating product collateral, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Familiarity with Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research.
