About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to drive marketing
initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth. The role involves managing
marketing activities, coordinating the team, and driving SEO and content initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate the marketing team and ensure timely delivery.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and track team performance.
- Drive SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research.
- Manage content strategies and marketing calendars.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain marketing trackers, reports, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–7 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, or Content Marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and digital marketing.
- Experience in SEO and content marketing.
- Experience managing or coordinating a marketing team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset.
Good to Have
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.

- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
