• The internship will begin January 11, 2027.

• Interns will work approximately 20–25 hours per week during the school year, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks.

• Anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or December 2027.

• Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H-1B visa, F-1 visa [CPT/OPT], TN visa, or any other non‑immigrant status).

• Collaborate with Marketing Operations team members to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Partner with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT, to assist with marketing projects and operational processes.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding campaign performance, process improvements, and best practices.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

• Support the setup, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns within CRM and marketing automation platforms.

• Assist with data management activities, including list uploads, data quality reviews, and maintaining data integrity.

• Help develop and update digital assets, including email campaigns, landing pages, and website content.

• Support marketing automation programs and lead nurturing initiatives designed to drive customer engagement.

• Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to help measure campaign effectiveness.

• Contribute to marketing business process improvement initiatives and documentation of operational best practices.

• Assist with marketing program analysis and reporting to help evaluate campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).

• Gain exposure to marketing technologies, campaign operations, and digital marketing strategies through hands‑on project work.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong interest in digital marketing, marketing operations, and marketing technology platforms.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Analytical mindset with a desire to learn how data supports marketing decision‑making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across functions.

• Eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and marketing technologies.
