MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking an experienced Performance Media Lead – Meta & Tik Tok for a U.S.
-based organization with a high-volume digital marketing environment.
This is a hands-on contract opportunity focused on paid social campaign execution, optimization, creative management, and performance analysis across Meta and Tik Tok, with support across additional digital platforms.
The engagement runs from November through April, covering both pre-season preparation and peak-season campaign execution. Candidates must be based in the U.S. Central or Eastern Time Zones.
The RoleYou will work closely with paid social leadership and cross-functional media teams to execute and optimize campaigns across both Brand and Performance objectives.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly inside advertising platforms, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, identifying performance issues quickly, and turning campaign data into practical optimization decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage hands-on paid social campaign execution across Meta and Tik Tok.
- Build, traffic, QA, launch, maintain, and update campaigns throughout the engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, frequency, bids, audiences, and overall campaign health.
- Manage creative rotation and proactively identify creative fatigue.
- Identify delivery or performance issues and implement appropriate optimizations.
- Analyze campaign data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Develop testing ideas to improve Brand and Performance outcomes.
- Support campaign planning, reporting validation, and measurement processes.
- Collaborate with media, creative, analytics, and data teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely campaign execution during high-volume periods.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Approximately 5+ years of relevant paid social or digital media experience.
- Significant hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple stages of the marketing funnel.
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads Manager.
- Experience with campaign trafficking, setup, QA, and launch execution.
- Strong knowledge of audience management, bids, budgets, budget pacing, and optimization.
- Experience managing creative rotation and identifying creative fatigue.
- Strong understanding of Brand and Performance marketing objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and data literacy.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance and recommend specific optimization actions.
- Familiarity with social reporting, analytics, and measurement tools.
- Experience collaborating with creative, media, analytics, and data teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Candidates should be comfortable monitoring and optimizing metrics such as:
- Cost per acquisition
- Conversion rate
- Qualified site visits
- Cost per qualified visit
- Unique reach
- Frequency
- Engagement
- Funnel progression
- Sign-ins
- Starts and completed conversions
- Budget utilization and pacing
The ability to identify trends, diagnose underperformance, test alternatives, and communicate recommendations clearly is essential.
Contract ScheduleNovember–December: 40 hours per week
Primary focus includes campaign builds, trafficking, creative planning, test setup, QA, and launch readiness.
January–April: 40 hours per week
Primary focus includes daily campaign management, optimization, QA, creative trafficking and rotation, campaign monitoring, and performance reporting.
