- Kansas is looking to hire a Vice President of Marketing & Development. This individual is responsible for the organization's advancement and sustainability through developing and executing development and marketing strategies. This position is responsible for all aspects of Marketing, and fundraising to include: annual campaigns, major gift cultivation, endowment building and grant management.

This role provides flexibility for occasional remote work (primarily Topeka state office), with periodic required travel.

This position leads the Marketing and Development Team, Monday through Friday, providing support to all departments within JAG-K.

With our headquarters in Topeka, Kansas, JAG-K partners with Kansas schools to help students who are facing various challenges to be successful. We are a non-profit organization that offers an elective class to provide academic and other positive support to ensure students earn their high school diploma. We have 121 programs located in 58 Kansas school districts and currently serve more than 6,500 students in Kansas and by educating students through career exploration opportunities and teaching soft skills, students are prepared to successfully transition to post-secondary education, military service, or into the workforce.
