We are seeking a results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist with extensive expertise in personal branding and short-form content. The successful candidate will oversee the growth and management of creator accounts across Instagram and Tik Tok, leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and viral potential.

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for various creators.
• Manage end-to-end content production, including calendars, scriptwriting, ideation, and video sourcing.
• Produce and edit high-impact Instagram Reels and Tik Tok content.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns via Meta Ads/Facebook Business Manager.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize reach and virality.
• Collaborate closely with marketing leadership and external stakeholders.
• Maintain cohesive and effective personal branding across all digital platforms.

• 1-2+ years of professional experience in social media marketing.
• Proven track record in managing personal brands or creator accounts (mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram and Tik Tok platform dynamics.
• Proficient in creating and editing short-form video content.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
• Exceptional understanding of current social media trends and viral content strategies.
• English proficiency (C1+); fluency in German is required for one specific position.
• Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Preferred:
