Public Relations Associate Account Executive

While this is a remote position, only San Francisco Bay Area candidates will be considered.

We work with market leaders and soon-to-be change makers to develop positioning and establish their thought leadership in their field.

We are currently looking for a PR Associate Account Executive with one year PR experience post graduation. Candidates must have previous PR agency experience, have experience with media relations (media list building, pitching media, etc.), possess strong account and time management skills. B2B tech experience a plus.

• Keep abreast of industry news and provide team insight into trends, competitive coverage and creative pitch angles
• Develop relationships with key media, create media lists, and pitch media for targeted announcements or evergreen opportunities
• Write and edit media materials, including press releases, media alerts, fact sheets, bios, and speaking & award submissions
• Support news announcements, media tours, media dinners, influencer programs and digital campaigns under the direction of team leads
• Responsible for daily account management activities, such as recaps, activity reports, media monitoring and coordination of all necessary materials for client accounts
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative thinking for clients
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement successful PR campaigns
