Selective Opportunity to Stand Out
Campus Creative™ is built for a small number of driven college students who want more than a traditional campus job or internship. We are partnering with students who want to build real experience, meaningful business relationships and a professional network before graduation.
The model is simple: no startup cost, remote and flexible, with comprehensive training, tools and AI support provided. Students work directly with real small-business clients to create and schedule social media content, support digital marketing efforts, communicate with clients, and help manage their ongoing content strategy, while using our lead-generation system to help build their own client base.
What You'll Gain
- Flexible remote work built around your class and campus schedule
- Real business development, marketing, digital media, AI and client-management experience
- Direct mentorship from experienced business leaders
- Relationships with entrepreneurs, executives and community leaders
- A portfolio of real client work you can show future employers or use to build your own business
- Recurring income through a 33% revenue share on the clients you manage
- Your own proprietary Coffee to Connect™ account, provided at no cost to you
How the Opportunity Works
- Campus Creative provides the training, processes, software and lead-generation technology you need to build and manage your client’s social marketing content.
- Coffee to Connect helps create conversations with business owners so you are not starting from a blank list or building a prospecting system on your own.
- You learn how to present Campus Creative, convert right-fit opportunities and build a small client portfolio of approximately 1-5 businesses.
- You create and publish consistent social marketing content for the clients you manage using the processes and software we provide.
Your compensation is a true revenue share: as an independent contractor, you receive 33% of every $1 collected from the clients you manage. Because clients pay a fixed monthly fee, your income is recurring for as long as the client remains active and under management. This is not an hourly wage; your income grows as the client base you manage grows.
Coffee to Connect:
An Investment in You From Day 1
Every Campus Creative marketer receives a proprietary Coffee to Connect user account, a done-for-you Linked In growth platform, at no cost to the student. That represents a $4,188 annual investment ($349/month) in your professional network and business-development engine.
- Creates Campus Creative client opportunities for you to engage, demo and potentially close
- Builds your professional Linked In network with hundreds - and potentially thousands - of meaningful new connections over time
- Helps you develop relationships with business owners, executives and community leaders well beyond your immediate circle
- Leaves you with a stronger professional network that can continue creating career and business opportunities long after college
YOUR NETWORK CAN CHANGE YOUR FUTURE CAREER
A peer-reviewed study published in Science using data from 20 million Linked In users found that broader professional connections, especially people outside your immediate circle, can significantly increase access to new job opportunities.
- Take ownership of learning the model and executing the training we provide.
- Professionally engage business owners and work toward building a small portfolio of 1-5 clients.
- Create and publish consistent client content and provide light communication and reporting.
- Be dependable, responsive and represent Campus Creative well in your market and on your campus.
- Help strengthen the Campus Creative student network as the program expands.
This is intentionally not for everyone
. We are prioritizing motivated, trustworthy and responsible students in business, marketing, communications, journalism, sales and related fields who learn quickly, follow through and want to stand out before graduation.
With only 3-5 openings anticipated per campus, space is limited to students who show the drive, ownership and professionalism to make the opportunity valuable for themselves and the businesses they serve.
