Director, Strategic Services

Reports To: Global Head of Strategic Services

CreatorIQ's Strategic Services organization delivers scoped, professional-services engagements across our specialized functions. Most customer engagements span several of these functions at once, which takes real coordination: aligning what's been sold with what it takes to deliver, who's billable against it, and where capacity exists.

CreatorIQ is looking for a Director, Strategic Services, U.S. who has lived in the customer's shoes, running or scoping creator/influencer marketing programs, to own that coordination. This is a hybrid pre-sales/post-sale role: you'll help scope and position Strategic Services engagements during the sales cycle, and once a deal closes, you'll own the operational through-line: building the scope, assigning billable codes, tracking utilization and allocation, and activating the right functional teams to deliver it.

You'll partner closely with your EMEA-based counterpart to keep delivery standards and cross-functional handoffs consistent globally.

This role gives our senior specialists and functional leads room to focus on the high-value work only they can do, by owning scope‑building, billability, and team activation centrally.

The ideal candidate has walked in the customer's shoes, either as an operator running creator/influencer marketing programs at a large multinational brand, or as a strategist at a prominent creator/influencer marketing agency, and pairs that program-level fluency with the operational discipline to run scoping, billability, and resourcing across a multi-function services team. This role leads a small, growing U.S.

-based team supporting Strategic Services delivery, with team composition to be finalized as the role is built out. Beyond day-to-day delivery, this role partners directly with the Global Head, Strategic Services to help shape how the organization evolves: informing team structure, standardizing how we scope and deliver work, and building the operating model for the function as it grows.

• Scope Ownership: Serve as the primary owner of scope-building for Strategic Services engagements, translating what's been sold (or what a prospect needs) into a clearly defined, deliverable scope of work that spans the right combination of functions.

• Billability & Utilization: Own billable coding, utilization, and allocation tracking across all six Strategic Services functions, so we have a real-time, accurate picture of who is working on what, how much time it's taking, and what our actual margins are, not just what was priced.
