Client Success Manager

Waybetter Marketing is a higher ed-focused marketing agency based in Columbia, Maryland. We’re looking for a savvy client success manager with strong tactical fluency and 5+ years of the below experience within commuting distance. This hybrid role blends client-facing account management and presentation skills with hands-on results analysis and CRM optimization.

What You ll Do:

As a Client Success Manager, you ll own the success of multi-channel marketing efforts for a portfolio of colleges and universities.

• Client Management: Host client calls, conduct partner presentations, travel to campuses.
• Project Management
  :
  Fluidly transition between different client needs and tasks throughout the day, project managing key projects as they flow through the organization.
• CRM Mastery: Understand segmentation, dynamic content, and audience experience to optimize each outreach channel; audit client-owned enrollment processes within the CRM and recommend improvements.
• Quality Assurance
  :
  Ensure every email, website, SMS, and campaign variation renders and functions as intended for the unique audience.
• Results Analysis
  :
  Rigorously study results and improve them through strategic adjustments and optimizations. Own them in and out.
