We are seeking a creative, organized, and dependable Marketing Liaison to manage our insurance agency’s social media presence and support its broader marketing needs. This person will help showcase our team, engage with the community, and create professional digital and printed materials that maintain a consistent agency brand.

This is a part‑time hybrid position offering some work-from-home flexibility. Candidates must live locally and be available to work in the office as needed to capture content, collaborate with the team, and participate in agency activities.

• Set up and maintain the agency’s social media accounts
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
• Create posts featuring the agency, team members, community involvement, and available services
• Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and interactions
• Design office flyers, promotional materials, email signatures and social media graphics
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand across digital and printed materials
• Track social media engagement and recommend ideas for improving the agency’s online presence

• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools is preferred
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable generating new content ideas
• Comfortable creating professional graphics and basic marketing materials
• Able to manage responsibilities independently and meet deadlines
• Must live locally and be able to work from the agency office when needed

• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Flexible part-time schedule
