   Our firm is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating childhood cancer research and improving outcomes for children and families impacted by cancer. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that drive donor engagement, fundraising performance, brand awareness, and community impact. This role is ideal for a strategic and data-driven marketing professional who is passionate about using compelling storytelling and innovative campaigns to support a meaningful cause.

Job Description
   The Marketing Manager will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that support fundraising and donor acquisition goals. This individual will collaborate across teams to create impactful campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize marketing efforts to maximize engagement and return on investment.

Responsibilities include:

Lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns.
   Analyze campaign performance, donor behavior, conversion rates, retention metrics, and ROI to inform strategy and improve results.
   Recommend audience-specific marketing approaches based on data insights, campaign outcomes, and industry best practices.
   Develop campaign concepts, creative briefs, donor communications, fundraising materials, and marketing assets.
   Create and execute social media strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and donor participation.
   Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective campaign delivery and brand consistency.
   Monitor marketing trends and identify opportunities to enhance fundraising and donor engagement efforts.

Qualifications
   Required
   
   Experience developing and leading nonprofit fundraising and donor engagement campaigns.
   Proven ability to create, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
   Strong analytical skills with experience tracking campaign performance, donor conversions, ROI, retention, and key fundraising metrics.
   Ability to develop audience-specific strategies based on donor behavior, campaign results, and industry best practices.
   Experience creating campaign concepts, creative briefs, donor communications, and fundraising collateral.
   Proven success developing and executing social media strategies to increase donor engagement and campaign awareness.
