About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to lead their social media strategy and execution on a fully remote basis. This role will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our online community, and driving brand awareness and engagement across all relevant social platforms. You will analyze performance data, manage paid social campaigns, and stay ahead of emerging trends to ensure our client remains at the forefront of social media marketing within the e-commerce space.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create, curate, and manage compelling and platform-specific content (text, images, video, stories) that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, and Linked In.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and competitor activity, responding promptly to comments and messages.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive specific marketing goals.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on e-commerce or consumer brands.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful social media strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic design/video editing.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Experience managing paid social advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
