SENIOR GLOBAL MARKETING MANAGER - NEW CATEGORIESCALVIN KLEIN FRAGRANCESCOTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.

The Senior Global Marketing Manager – New Categories role offers the opportunity to shape Calvin Klein Fragrances’ future growth by building new global platforms beyond the core fragrance portfolio.

As our Senior Global Marketing Manager – New Categories, you are responsible for category strategy, innovation, and global launches.

Reporting to the Senior Global Marketing Director, you will identify and build new growth platforms beyond the core fragrance portfolio, translating the Calvin Klein brand into relevant new products, rituals and consumer experiences from opportunity identification through commercialization and global go-to-market.

• Support the development of the strategy and multi-year roadmap for expansion into new and adjacent categories.
• Identify and prioritize whitespace opportunities based on consumer trends, brand fit and commercial potential.
• Build and manage the innovation pipeline from concept through commercialization, ensuring innovations meet C1 targets and drive incremental revenue for Calvin Klein.
• Drive 360 global launch strategies and activations for new category introductions, partnering across Digital, Social, E-commerce, IM/PR, Retail and regional teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies to create differentiated propositions and present strategies, concepts and business cases to senior leadership.

The team consists of Calvin Klein Fragrances global marketing leaders working closely together with Consumer Marketing Insights, R&D Formula/Packaging, Olfactive Studio, Digital, Social, E-commerce, IM/PR, Retail, Trade, the Operating Office and regional teams. All your colleagues are collaborative, consumer-focused and passionate about building distinctive global beauty experiences.

We’d love to see candidates who have:

• 7-10+ years of global marketing, innovation or brand management experience within fragrance, beauty, personal care, fashion, luxury or adjacent lifestyle categories.
• Demonstrated experience developing new products, categories or businesses from insight through commercialization.
• Strong strategic, creative and commercial thinking with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Deep understanding of consumer and cultural trends, particularly among younger consumers.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation and project-management skills, with passion for fragrance, beauty, fashion, culture and the Calvin Klein brand.
