Lead Product Marketing Manager

Why we're hiring

Over the past few years, Cents has evolved from a single product / single audience company to an ever-growing product suite that serves multiple types of operators. To support the company’s future plans, we are looking to hire our first senior Product Marketer. If you join us you’ll partner with the VP of Marketing to adapt and/or build product marketing specific systems and processes all while taking the lead at key strategic initiatives within the company.

• Audience research, ideal customer profile definition and go-to-market strategy.
• Naming, positioning and messaging for existing and future products and features.
• Launch and release process in collaboration with the product team
• Sales & customer success enablement in partnership with others in the marketing team
• Competitive intelligence

• 5+ years in B2B product marketing, at least 2 of them in software sold to SMBs
• You have experience taking a product from thesis to launch.
• You’ve worked closely with sales and customer success teams.
• You’re comfortable with leading multiple work streams in parallel.
• You’re able to write and build your own materials
• You don't need to know anything about the laundry business. Seriously. We'll teach you about the industry. We're hiring for how you think about users and products.

$175,000 - $190,000 a year

The salary range listed reflects the base pay for this role in New York City, and actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
