The CMO reports to the CEO, leads the marketing team, and drives marketing-sourced revenue growth, aiming to scale monthly new-client sales from roughly $500K to over $2M within six months.
The role can be fractional or full-time, with compensation ranging from $150K to $500K+ OTE and equity available for full-time engagement.
