Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a marketer who buys media end to end for 4–6 DTC accounts. You’ll own client relationships, write briefs and scripts, and direct editors/designers. You’ll mine reviews and ads to craft winning angles and run 8–10 new ad launches weekly.
You must be AI-native, fluent in English, and able to work US Eastern hours from anywhere. You'll build landing pages in Claude Code and deploy via Vercel, testing on subdomains before pushing to Shopify themes.
