Job Description SUMMARY

The Director, Product Marketing is responsible forleadinga team focused on Relias product and revenue expansion with fundamental work including market and customer understanding,ideal customer profile strategy,positioning and messaging, GTM strategy and execution, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Theyhavea strong business leadership andsharedaccountability mindset for commercial results. They partner with product management tovalidatewillingness to payandthebusiness opportunity to drive strong product-market fit and launch strategy.

Theylead collaboratively and cross-functionally,buildconsensusand influence, take initiative,andensure alignment on work that resultsinbusiness growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Keeps up with industry and competitive trends, understands and directs use of ideal customer data and product data
Leverages client-facing colleagues, industry events, and internal data sources tovalidateperspectives
Monitors and interprets internal and external data toanticipateimpacttobusiness and commercial results
Suggests new products or enhancements needed to sustain retention and growth
Synthesizes organic and inorganic product expansion into Relias narrative and positioning and into all product marketer enablement

Driving best-in-class product marketing collaboration,processes,and deliverables that result ineffective product planning and targeted GTM launches and ongoing GTM strategy:

Directs strong standards for ideal customer profiles, willingness to pay, product opportunity sizingtomaximize product-market fit

Leverages data at key decision points and communications during strategy, planning, launchand holds others accountable to the same

Creates strong connections for self and team with product management and front-of-house partners during planning, scoping, and launch

Ensure business and launch plans have informed and achievable commercial targets
