Compensation: $60,000–$90,000 per year

This opportunity is for a Senior Copywriter - Remote focused on developing creative concepts and high-performing copy that converts traffic into engaged, informed users. The role owns copy across landing pages, lead magnets, email campaigns, newsletters, social media, ads, modals, storyboards, and video scripts while helping establish a consistent tone of voice across multiple channels.

The position combines conversion copywriting with brand development and performance optimization. The successful candidate will use email marketing, conversion optimization, A/B testing, Google Analytics, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion data to improve future work while collaborating with writers, illustrators, animators, and video creators.

• Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice across multiple marketing and content channels.
• Own and evolve brand guidelines to support consistent messaging and copy standards.
• Help onboard writers and provide guidance that maintains copy consistency across channels.
• Write conversion-focused copy for landing pages, lead magnets, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Develop new creative concepts and messaging designed to convert existing traffic into engaged users.
• Review copy performance using open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other relevant results, then apply those insights to improve future copy.
• Work closely with writers, illustrators, animators, and video creators on ad copy, modal copy, graphic assets, storyboards, and video scripts.
• Maintain a high standard of quality in original copy and provide honest, constructive feedback on other contributors' work.

Required Experience

• Experience creating conversion copy for large-scale campaigns in a fast-growth startup environment.
• Proven experience shaping brand guidelines and developing a consistent tone of voice.
• Experience with email marketing, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.

Required Skills

• Strong creative and analytical abilities, with the ability to develop original concepts and evaluate copy performance.
• Ability to write effectively across a broad range of formats, from playful campaign headlines to technical writing concepts.
• Familiarity with the publishing industry and writing craft concepts.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools used to evaluate content and conversion performance.
