- Upload and launch advertising campaigns across Meta/Facebook.
- Coordinate creative assets from internal teams and external agency partners.
- Monitor ad performance daily and maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets.
- Document and categorize ads by angle, format, concept, and outcome.
- Analyze why individual creatives succeed or underperform.
- Identify trends across long-form video, short-form video, and static ads.
- Create feedback loops between performance data and the creative team.
- Present findings and recommendations in weekly creative team meetings.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Creative Strategists, and external agency.
- Support creative strategy and contribute ideas based on performance insights.
- Strong experience with Meta/Facebook advertising.
- Proven ability to analyze creative performance beyond campaign setup and management.
- Strong understanding of effective paid social creative.
- Experience tracking, documenting, and interpreting advertising performance data.
- Ability to identify winning creative angles, concepts, hooks, and formats.
- Experience working with video and static advertising, including long-form and short-form video preferred.
- Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
- Health and wellness, high-volume creative, and creative strategy experience preferred.
- $3,000–$4,000 gross monthly compensation.
- Full-time remote position.
- Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. UK time.
- Independent contractor arrangement with applicants responsible for local tax procedures.
- Full-time primary role with no freelancing or second jobs.
