. Were looking for an experienced Go High Level  (GHL) CRM Specialist to manage and optimise cold outreach, lead generation, email and SMS campaigns, CRM workflows, and AI-powered marketing automation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently build, launch, troubleshoot and optimise CRM campaigns not someone with only basic familiarity with Go High Level .

Must-Have Experience

• 3+ years of proven CRM marketing, cold outreach, email marketing or lead‑generation experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of hands‑on Go High Level  experience.
• Experience building GHL workflows, pipelines, tags, triggers, calendars and automations.
• Experience running cold email and/or SMS outreach campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain health and spam prevention.
• Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email warming and list hygiene.
• Experience managing and segmenting prospect databases.
• Strong AI prompting skills for campaign content, research and workflow support.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

Go High Level  & CRM Automation

• Build and manage GHL pipelines, workflows, tags, triggers and lead‑routing systems.
• Create automated email and SMS follow‑up sequences.
• Configure calendars, appointment workflows and CRM lifecycle stages.
• Test and troubleshoot workflows before and after launch.
• Improve existing automations to reduce manual work and improve lead handling.
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM records.

Cold Outreach & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute targeted B2B outreach campaigns.
• Identify and segment relevant decision‑makers and prospect audiences.
• Build and manage email/SMS outreach sequences.
• Personalise messaging for different industries and audiences.
• Monitor replies, lead quality and conversion activity.
• Test subject lines, messaging, offers and follow‑up sequences.
• Improve campaigns based on performance data.

Email Deliverability

• Monitor sending‑domain health and sender reputation.
• Manage email warming, bounce rates and list hygiene.
• Identify and resolve possible spam or deliverability issues.
• Ensure SPF, DKIM and DMARC are correctly configured.
• Manage sending volumes responsibly.

AI & Prompt Engineering

• Use ChatGPT, Claude and similar tools for campaign research, messaging and automation support.
• Create and refine prompts for outreach copy and follow‑up sequences.
