- Develop event communications plans and calendars within 30 days of award.
- Align messaging with event milestones and Government priorities.
- Draft invitations, confirmations, reminders, and event guides for Government review.
- Prepare speaker bios, talking points, and web-ready content.
- Manage email campaigns and branded event site content.
- Ensure all products are Section 508 conform ant before submission.
- Track communications effectiveness using registration and attendance metrics.
- Contribute results to post-event summaries and status reports.
