The Senior Event Marketing Manager is a remote-based role responsible for developing and executing the North American event marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, brand impact, and commercial outcomes.
Reporting to the Global Head of Field & Partner Marketing, this role requires strong initiative, commercial acumen, strategic marketing thinking, and a passion for delivering high-impact, memorable event experiences. You will work closely with Sales and Customer leaders to ensure events are not standalone activities, but integrated marketing programmes that are tightly aligned to revenue outcomes and the wider go-to-market strategy.
This role owns the end-to-end delivery of events across the funnel - from large-scale third-party sponsored events and industry conferences to targeted field activations, customer experiences, and hospitality programmes.
You will design and execute insight-led, audience-focused event marketing programmes that connect our brand to key audiences, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, support customer engagement and deepen relationships. You will bring together event strategy, campaign activation, audience targeting, content, messaging, engagement and follow-up to ensure every event has a clear marketing purpose, commercial objective and measurable outcome.

Responsibilities and Duties- Plan and deliver a portfolio of North American event marketing programmes, including third-party sponsor ships, owned events and customer experiences that support business objectives, generate demand, influence pipeline and strengthen customer engagement
- Develop event marketing plans and activation strategies that define target audiences, objectives, messaging, channels, engagement tactics, calls to action and measures of success
- Own end-to-end execution of third-party event programmes, including marketing and sponsorship evaluation, audience fit, sponsorship strategy, venue sourcing, logistics, onsite activation, lead capture, engagement and post-event follow-up
- Execute event-driven demand generation programmes in alignment with global marketing frameworks, including audience segmentation and targeting, pre-event campaigns and promotion, content and messaging, onsite engagement, lead capture, post-event nurture and sales follow-up to maximise pipeline impact
- Partner with Demand Generation to ensure events are fully integrated into wider campaign activity, with clear audience journeys and conversion strategies before, during and after each event
- Work with Sales to identify priority accounts, prospects and customer audiences and develop targeted event strategies and experiences that support pipeline creation, acceleration, expansion and retention
- Deliver exceptional execution with a strong focus on on-time, on-budget delivery, audience engagement, lead quality, pipeline contribution and measurable marketing ROI
- Build trusted relationships with Sales leadership through consistent delivery, proactive communication, joint planning and clear reporting of marketing and business impact
- Manage budgets, vendors, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences while optimising marketing investment, efficiency and return on investment
- Collaborate closely with Demand Generation to ensure integrated campaign alignment and strong conversion across the funnel, including lead capture, qualification, nurture and sales follow-up
