Previous work-from-home experience required About the PositionWe are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and enrollment efforts for our group of Montessori schools.
The initial and primary focus of this position will be increasing school visibility, engagement, and enrollment leads through Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising. The ideal candidate has hands-on digital marketing experience and is comfortable helping create, manage, monitor, and improve online advertising campaigns.
This position will begin with a strong focus on digital advertising, lead generation, social media engagement, and promotional content. Once our advertising and lead-generation systems are established and running effectively, the position will continue maintaining and optimizing those efforts while gradually taking on additional marketing and administrative responsibilities.
Initial Primary Responsibilities- Review and optimize existing Yelp advertising and school listings
- Assist with creating and managing Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta
- Assist with creating and managing Google advertising campaigns
- Create campaigns focused on generating new enrollment inquiries
- Monitor advertising performance, engagement, leads, and campaign results
- Track lead sources and help identify which marketing efforts are generating enrollment interest
- Review campaign statistics and provide regular performance updates
- Make ongoing adjustments to improve advertising performance and engagement
- Help maintain school social media presence and increase online engagement
- Create promotional flyers, advertisements, event graphics, and other marketing materials using Canva
- Keep online school listings, photos, promotions, and information current
As the position develops, additional responsibilities may include:
- Plan and coordinate off-site school events, vendors, pricing, and promotional materials
- Create and update parent and staff forms
- Update program documents, handouts, and school communications
- Create and amend Dropbox Sign registration packets and electronic forms
- Order business cards, printed materials, and promotional items
- Edit, combine, compress, and format PDFs and other documents
- Research information and assist with the creation of school program materials
- Assist with website and online listing updates
- Support other marketing and administrative projects as needed
- Previous professional digital marketing experience
- Experience with Facebook and Instagram marketing and/or Meta Business Suite
- Experience with Google Ads or similar digital advertising platforms
- Experience monitoring campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation
- Canva experience and the ability to create professional promotional materials
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google-based tools
- Able to learn new programs and technology quickly
- Previous work-from-home experience required
Preferred experience:Yelp Ads, Google Business Profile, website/CMS editing, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox Sign, lead tracking, or school/childcare marketing.

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
