Life Tutoring is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. This entry-level role is responsible for supporting internal and external communications, ensuring messages are clear, timely, and professional. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere while helping our team maintain consistent communication across all channels.

• Support internal communication with team members to ensure smooth collaboration
• Assist with drafting and editing emails, newsletters, announcements, and other correspondence
• Help manage social media or online communication channels, if needed
• Maintain records of communications, feedback, and responses
• Coordinate communication across departments for projects and updates
• Assist with quality checking all outgoing messages for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
• Perform additional communication support tasks as assigned

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment

• Prior communication or administrative experience is a plus but not required
