We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to support our marketing, customer communication, and outreach activities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, and helping create positive customer experiences. The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator will assist with day-to-day marketing activities, customer follow-up, digital outreach, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day marketing and outreach activities
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts
- Communicate professionally with prospective and current customers
- Respond to general questions and provide accurate information
- Follow up with customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with maintaining customer and contact records
- Help organize marketing materials and online content
- Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement efforts
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up activities
- Participate in training and team meetings
- Learn and use company software, tools, and systems
- Complete assigned tasks and meet established deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using email, social media, and online platforms
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn new software and systems

Previous marketing, customer service, administrative, or social media experience is helpful but not required.
Work EnvironmentThis is a remote position. Candidates must have reliable internet access and be comfortable communicating and completing work using online tools and systems.
Training and ongoing support are provided to help team members learn the systems, processes, and responsibilities associated with the position.
