Ting Labs seeks a Director, Growth & Marketing Operations to lead our D2C growth engine and the marketing operations foundation behind it. You will shape brand and performance investments and ensure data, systems, and analytics enable smarter decisions.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll own media strategy, measurement, and dashboards, optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS, and align with Creative, Product, Engineering, and Finance to drive measurable growth in a remote US setting.
