RYZE is seeking a Casting Strategist to own talent sourcing for paid ads, organic social, and Tik Tok Shop teams. You will build a proactive talent ecosystem and source 15–20 candidates weekly across Instagram, Tik Tok, Backstage, Casting Networks, Billo and Collabstr.
At least 30% of sourced talent should be non-traditional profiles. This is a remote, contract role for 20 hours per week with clear deliverables.
