Description Role SummaryThe Marketing Specialist is an entry-level position for an enthusiastic team member who assists in the planning, creating, delivering, and reporting of strategic marketing campaigns across all lines of business at Home Trust Bank. You will be an important member of the marketing team, working closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, and others developing and executing a variety of campaigns aimed at branding, product/ service promotion, programmatic ad campaigns while using your creative and analytic abilities to help Home Trust Bank attract new households and expand relationships with existing customers.

- Work with marketing managers to develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate all lines of business to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives for both external and internal audiences.
- Provide trafficking support of assignments and tracking completion of all miscellaneous internal marketing requests.
- Provide reporting on the performance and efficiency of campaigns through invoice processing.
- Support marketing team with market research and trend analysis to identify fresh marketing opportunities.
- Work with marketing team to assist in development and creation of marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
- Help draft, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
- Work with internal partners to manage logistics and occasional administrative tasks for trade shows and other events.
- Deliver an effortless experience to our internal partners through outstanding customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.
- Complete all mandatory annual compliance training.
- Follow regulatory requirements including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC to assist in the identification, detection and determent of money laundering and other unlawful activities, as well as regulations pertaining to lending and consumer compliance to include fair lending laws.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of various marketing tools such as Hub Sport, Marketo, Mail Chimp or Constant Contact
- Knowledge of content management systems such as Word Press.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Basecamp.
