FXI is seeking a Senior Director, Direct-to-Consumer to own and scale Molecule and Yourigami brands. This hands-on builder role requires you to craft the DTC growth plan, manage site performance, and lead paid media strategy across channels, with agency and vendor support.
You will own the full DTC P&L, optimize CAC and MER, and drive retention through lifecycle marketing. The position is remote with a preference for the Greater Philadelphia area and reports to the CMO.
