Give Directly is seeking a Growth Manager, Paid Media to own the paid media program for Individual Giving, across Meta, Google, You Tube, and Tik Tok, and to partner with Brand and Marketing on upper-funnel media buys. You will build tracking and attribution systems, grow both one-time and monthly giving, and work as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
You will report to the Director of Individual Giving, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel 1–2 times
